CHALLENGE

In this project, we were tasked with developing a strategic brand management plan for a startup home furnishing company. Our assignment was to thoroughly analyze the 3Cs—competitors, consumers, and our company itself—to accurately position our client in the competitive market landscape. This strategic positioning aimed to enhance their communication strategies across key product lines and service operations. Our approach was twofold: design research and design execution. During the design research phase, we leveraged insights from our analysis of the 3Cs to establish a set of brand guidelines tailored to the company’s unique identity.



SOLUTION

These guidelines served as a blueprint for all subsequent branding efforts and were crucial in ensuring a coherent brand message. In the design execution phase, we implemented these brand guidelines across various brand touchpoints, both offline and online. This included developing marketing materials, digital content, and other communication tools to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels. The effectiveness of our design deliverables was directly influenced by the depth of our initial research and our meticulous application of the insights gained. This integrated approach ensured that all aspects of the company’s branding were aligned and effective, enabling them to connect more effectively with their target audience and establish a strong market presence
